Air Duct JobsContractor Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Air Duct Jobs Limited ("we"), operator of Air Duct Jobs, handles information submitted by contractors through the onboarding application on this website. It does not cover homeowners.
What we collect
- Application details you enter: company legal name, state of registration, business address, authorized representative, email, phone and WhatsApp dispatch number, coverage areas, service capabilities and initial assessment pricing.
- Electronic-signature records created when you sign: date, time and time zone; IP address and an approximate location derived from it where available (using the ipapi.co IP-geolocation service); device, operating-system and browser information; the version and cryptographic hash of the Terms you accepted; and a signature reference.
Why we use it
- To review your application, set up WhatsApp dispatch, and match jobs to your coverage area and capabilities.
- To create and keep reliable evidence that the Contractor Terms were electronically signed, and to provide you with a copy.
- To administer the contractor relationship, including revenue-share reporting, and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell contractor information. We share it with service providers who help us operate (for example website hosting, and email delivery through Resend), with homeowners to the extent needed to dispatch a job to you (such as your company name), and where required by law or to enforce the Contractor Terms.
Security and retention
Application records and signed agreements are stored with access restricted to authorized administrators. Signed agreements and their execution records are retained unaltered for as long as needed to evidence the agreement and meet legal and accounting requirements.
